for borrowers with No Credit profile or No Credit
scores.

member or a friend to co-sign a mortgage, in which case we would
use their credit scores to qualify for the mortgage.

repayment of the mortgage loan but the advantage for you is that

build a credit profile by having the new mortgage in your name.
